JD, LL.M

I was born and raised in Paris, France. I attended Law School there and graduated from Paris IX Law School with a degree in Public Interest Law and Constitutional Law. I was actively involved with Amnesty International and France Terre d'Asile where I worked with asylum seekers. I moved to the US in December of 1997. I attended the University of Connecticut Law School where I graduated with an LL.M. in May 2001.

I worked in San Diego for several immigration attorneys doing asylum work. In February 2003, I started working for Doctors of the World, in San Diego as the Human Rights Clinic Program Coordinator. I manage this program in California, Arizona and Colorado. We serve and help torture survivors who need forensic documentation for their asylum cases. We work with a network of volunteer physicians. Attorneys in California, Arizona and Colorado refer cases to our office directly. We partner with Survivors of Torture International, here in San Diego.
